Our Founder and Director, Mr Rupesh Kanse, is a highly experienced Food Consultant with over 13 years of experience in the food processing industry, covering everything from harvesting to packaging. Known for his sharp intelligence, strong work ethic, and focused approach, he has consistently delivered excellence throughout his career.

Rupesh’s journey reflects his dedication and hard work, earning him extensive knowledge and expertise at a young age. Starting as an Electrical Engineer, he built a strong technical foundation and later pursued an MBA in Marketing, giving him a strategic vision that guides his business decisions.

Before leading Rakhumai Engineering, Rupesh gained valuable experience working with food and pharmaceutical companies across different countries, managing large-scale projects with precision and efficiency. Today, he is a trusted leader in the food industry, providing turnkey solutions and expert guidance to clients.

His expertise as a Food Consultant spans projects such as IQF frozen foods, frozen fruits, dehydration and solar dehydration systems, retort and aseptic processing lines, cold storage solutions, and complete process line facilities.
