Our responsibility is limited to the fees paid for the project, and we cannot cover losses caused by factors beyond the work delivered, including lost profits or business interruption.

You agree to cover any losses that occur due to misuse of our work or breach of the agreement for losses arising from your breach, negligence, misuse of deliverables or wrongful acts.

11. Termination

12. Refunds & Cancellations
